Wedding Design & Management
Planning & Communication
- You are matched with one member of the JWE Planning Team who will be your point of contact throughout the entire planning process.
- We create a Planning Checklist that will keep everyone focused on the most important details.
- You have 24/7 online access to your Customized Planning Portal where you can keep track of all of the details as they come together.
- We meet with you, either in person or virtually, to discover your vision and expectations. From there, we design a unique style and experience for your wedding day.
Styling & Design
- You are matched with a JWE Event Stylist to design and create your entire wedding experience.
- We design a Style Guide for your wedding that includes themes, color palettes, layouts, and mockups.
- We work with you to establish a design budget.
- We develop a Creative Plan that encompasses your layout, décor, tablescapes, and floral design.
- You receive access to our vetted network of decorators, suppliers, and equipment providers.
- We provide access to our exclusive Online Design Portal to keep track of all the details.
- Your JWE Team Member will be on site setting up and carrying out your event until setup is complete.
Putting the Pieces Together
- You have access to our vetted vendor network, and this will ensure that every aspect of your wedding is in the best hands.
- Your JWE Team Member will accompany you on three on-site vendor meetings
- We carefully craft a timeline for your wedding day so that your vendor team can work together seamlessly.
It’s Finally Here!
- Your JWE Team Member will attend your rehearsal and will be on-site throughout your entire wedding day.
- A couple of weeks after your wedding, we connect one last time to celebrate and wrap up all the final details.

Planning & Communication
- We design a Wedding Weekend Itinerary, a comprehensive timetable that encompasses every detail.
- We meet with you, either in person or virtually, to discover your vision and expectations. From there, we design a unique style and experience for your wedding day.
- We carefully develop an overall wedding budget that allows us to implement your vision while prioritizing those elements that are most important to you.
- We do a deep dive exploration with you, and from there we develop a Comprehensive Wedding Framework that encompasses your entire wedding day experience, including food and beverage, entertainment, photography, flowers, and the hundreds of other details.
- We create a Personalized Planning Timeline, including benchmarks and milestones that will keep everyone focused on the most important details.
- You have 24/7 online access to your Customized Planning Portal where you can watch all of the details as they come together.
- We will design and maintain a beautiful Wedding Website for you so that your guests can learn all of the details about your day.
- You receive Priority Access to the JWE Team throughout the entire planning process, with our guarantee that every question and idea is addressed as quickly as possible.
Styling & Design
- You are matched with a dedicated JWE Event Stylist to design and create your entire wedding experience.
- We explore your dreams and desires to create a Signature Style Guide for your wedding that includes themes, color palates, mood boards, layouts, and mockups.
- We develop a design budget that prioritizes those elements that are most important to your vision and your overall wedding experience.
- We design a Comprehensive Creative Plan that encompasses your layout, décor, tablescapes, floral design, food and beverage presentation, and even your stationery trousseau.
- We take an overall view of your wedding design to ensure that every detail is cohesive and connected.
- You receive Concierge Access to our vetted network of decorators, suppliers, and equipment providers, many of whom provide upgrades and preferred pricing to our Full Planning clients.
- We personally meet with your floral, rental, and linen providers so to ensure that every element is in line with your vision.
- On the weekend of your event your JWE Team Members will be on-site putting every little detail into place.
Putting the Pieces Together
- You receive Concierge Access to our vetted network of amazing wedding professionals, many of whom provide upgrades and preferred pricing to our Full Planning clients.
- Our team will source, secure, and manage all vendor relationships so that you will have the confidence that no detail is overlooked.
- We will review all vendor contracts prior to presenting them to you for approval, and this ensures that your best interests are protected.
- Over the course of the planning process, we will be in close personal contact with each of your chosen wedding professionals so that we can ensure that everyone works together as a cohesive team.
- In the days leading up to your wedding, we will be in constant contact with everyone who plays a role in your day so you will be able to relax and enjoy without stressing over the details.
- We will suggest the most desirable overnight accommodations for your guests and will make arrangements for room blocks and transportation.
It’s Finally Here!
- We will conduct and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal so that you and your bridal party understand how to process, how to recess, where to stand and how to stand.
- We will oversee and carry out your rehearsal dinner. This will include working hand in hand with the venue, selecting the right wedding vendors for the rehearsal dinner, design, and the overall set up and carry out.
- We will oversee and carry out your welcome party.
- On your wedding day, we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave.
- If you’re having a brunch the next day JWE will kick off your brunch making sure that your final event leaves the perfect impression on your guests.
- Our team will be with you the entire weekend, from start to finish.
- A couple of weeks after your wedding, we convene one more time to celebrate and wrap up all the final details.
Platinum Full-Service Design & Planning
Includes everything in the Signature package, plus…
- Your out-of-town guests will have access our concierge service where we facilitate their hotel bookings, rental cars, and other transportation.
- We coordinate the logistics related to your wedding party, including instructions, scheduling of fittings, confirmation that orders have been placed, and tracking of shipments.
- We help with the planning of your wedding shower and bachelorette party.
- We provide our RSVP Management Service where we meticulously manage your RSVP list, ensuring every response is carefully tracked and organized. For those clients who love the logistical planning of a wedding but need help with design, our Wedding Design and Management is a great way to bring your vision home with an experienced eye to help. You’ll work closely with our team, getting input on any element you need, from color palettes to help with mood boards. Signature Full-Service Design & Planning
This is our most popular service for those couples looking for all-inclusive planning and design experience. We’ll be with you from the first vendor recommendations to the final send-off and everything in between.
We start by getting to know you as a couple to understand your story, your aesthetic, and what’s important to you. We want to meet your families, the people who mean most to you, and take away all the stress of wedding planning so you can enjoy being engaged and look forward to the next adventure; your wedding day!
From there, we’ll get to work developing a comprehensive design plan and layout for your wedding day. We’ll recommend the perfect team of vendors, manage the logistics, and help with everything from timing to etiquette.
On your wedding day, we’ll be there to ensure everything comes together perfectly, so you can relax and enjoy every moment of the next part of your story.
Platinum Full Service Design & Planning
This service is perfect for the couple who wants full facilitation of all the events surrounding their wedding. They want to work with experienced professionals while still working with caring human beings who genuinely care about their wedding story.
We will coordinate all the logistics of wedding party needs, including the wedding shower and bachelorette party, guest lodging, and more. We can assist with every gathering and detail before your wedding if desired.
It also comes with the added benefit of upgraded concierge services offered by our preferred partners only to our platinum members. While we work together, you’ll also benefit from a direct hotline to a dedicated planner.
This is our most comprehensive service for couples planning a destination wedding or those who simply want high attention to detail in every part of their wedding experience. We are happy to customize this plan specifically for your gatherings and wedding celebration.
