Disco Fever, epic dance music, a farm to table feast and stunning floral and table designs were all in abundance for Katherine & Vin’s Old World luxury wedding on a beautiful Sept Weekend this past fall. Their wedding weekend began at The picturesque Edson Hill Inn, a personal favorite location of mine, set back in the beautiful hills of Stowe VT.
A bistro style picnic themed rehearsal, with comfy-casual attire under the stars was all that was needed. Blue-checked linens on stunning farm tables adorned with wildflowers and candlelight underneath the tent set the mood just right. Just outside the tent we laid comfy blankets for folks to sit on so they could canoodle under the stars; it was the perfect way to begin the weekend and tell this amazing couples story.
The big day came early next morning with and old world transition at the stunning Barn at Smugglers Notch. With an emphasis on romance and touches of vintage mixed in, Katherine and Vin’s wedding came to life. Creative Muse Floral Design set the tone with stunning floral work with a color palette of pinks, peaches and ivory’s along with amazing mercury glassware. Tables and Chairs were placed and beautiful grey plates with soft napkins graced them. Lets Pretend Catering delivered with an over the top farm to table feast that no one will soon forget, and behind closed doors was a surprise disco ball dance room for all their guests to end the evening with an epic dance party by Generation Events and Drape art Designs.
This wedding was not only amazing to design but an incredible journey to go on with a couple that melted our hearts and will forever be apart of our lives. We love you Katherine & Vin and are wishing you many happy new journeys to come! Thanks for choosing us to be apart of your story!
