Each year Stephanie & I are always on the hunt for the right client, the ten perfect clients that fully understand us, will embrace us, and allow us to show them our craft and create a story for them of their journey, after all that’s what a wedding is all about. Our ideal client is a foodie, a professional with a growing career, a couple that enjoys the finer things in life but also values family and friendship above all else. They are outdoorsy, have a hunger for adventure but need cozy home time together to be reenergized. This year one couple, Alex and Warren were the embodiment of our ideal client and this is why their wedding is the perfect event to represent our company. They made every moment of planning a joyous moment, moments of pure love and joy. Their wedding was a “Once upon a time…” storybook event. Our bride was a sweet and cheerful princess in ever manor possible and her groom was prince charming himself along with being Mr. G. Q Magazine. The love they’ve created since high school was evident and shared with all their friends and family.
Both Alex and Warren grew up in Vermont and chose to hold their wedding at the Brick House at Shelburne Museum on Lake Champlain. They wanted an elegant and romantic affair, with all the twinkling lights we could possibly fit into the tent. Fourteen chandeliers adorned a beautiful draped sail cloth tent. A palette of blush, white and ivory across all linens, tabletop, florals and draping lent to the romantic tones our bride loved so much. The design was elegant and impactful, just like the couple. The more a couple lets us into their lives, the more accurately we can make their wedding represent them, and we are so very lucky to have been invited into theirs. Missing you much Alex & Warren, thank you for allowing us to be apart of your story.
